1. Entries must be received by 12 September 2008, and the winner of the free registration drawing will be notified during the week of 15 September 2008. One entry per person, please. 
2. Multiple entries from the same company are allowed, so encourage your colleagues to enter, too.
3. The drawing is open to professionals from the database management, applications programming and related IT fields. No purchase is required.
4. Chances of winning the free registration depend on the number of entries received.
5. Should the winner have already registered for the IDUG 2008 - Europe conference, any registration fees received by IDUG will be refunded.
6. Should the winner be unable to attend the IDUG 2008 - Europe conference, the winner may choose to apply the free registration to the IDUG 2009 - Europe conference. No cash substitutions.
