Space is limited and registration is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The fees for the full-day and half-day educational seminars are as follows, and include course materials for the seminar(s) attended.

Conference attendees:

• Full-Day Seminar Fee - $425
  (Includes one full-day or two half-day seminars.)

• Half-Day Seminar Fee - $250

Non-conference attendees:

Educational Seminar Fee - $475
(Includes one full-day or two half-day seminars.)
